Men on the contrary put all their energy into anger and action....and distraction so that they don't have to cope with feelings of loneliness and sadness.
And what about me? Do I have or already had all those emotions?!? To find out Mr. Grey suggests you need to write to your ex-partner a letter. So I'll do it and then show it to him and talk face to face with eye to eye contact. No more misunderstandings, no more sick situations, no more guessing!
The truth can hurt but to move on and be out of this sick situation I need to know all!
